Warranty Coverage

EGO EV Chargers warrants that your EGO EV Charger product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase by the end-user customer. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

During the warranty period, EGO EV Chargers will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product or parts at no charge where it is covered by this warranty.

What is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship in your EGO EV Charger.
  • Parts and labour for covered repairs.
  • Electronic components within the charging unit.
  • Charging cable and connector (if part of the original product).
  • Mounting bracket (if part of the original product).

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation.
  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or alteration.
  • Damage resulting from use of the product with electrically unsuitable power supplies.
  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (flood, fire, lightning, etc.).
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Damage resulting from use of non-EGO EV Chargers parts or accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised dealers.
  • Products where the original serial numbers have been removed, altered, or cannot be readily determined.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, contact our Customer Support team at support@egoevchargers.com or call +353 83 405 3796. Our team will guide you through the warranty process and provide you with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number if necessary.

When contacting us, please have ready:

  • Your name, address, and contact information.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Model number and serial number of your product.
  • A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

If warranty service is required, we will repair or replace your product, or provide a refund at our discretion. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. We will cover return shipping after the repair or replacement.

Extended Warranty Options

EGO EV Chargers offers extended warranty plans for additional peace of mind. Our extended warranty provides coverage beyond the standard three-year warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of EGO EV Chargers under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. EGO EV Chargers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of business, inconvenience, or costs of installation or removal.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
